IT System Administrator – Cloud ERP for Shipping

About the role

We are looking for an IT System Administrator to support JiBe, a cloud‑based ERP solution for the shipping industry. The role involves maintaining Windows environments, managing network infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability of both on‑prem and Azure Active Directory services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software and networking tickets.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, peripherals and related assets.
• Administer on‑prem Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including user provisioning.
• Monitor systems daily, respond to security alerts and resolve usability issues.
• Manage IP addressing, subnets, VPN, VLAN and overall network security.
• Administer Office 365 email accounts and analyze system logs for potential problems.
• Upgrade systems and processes to improve functionality and security.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, handle procurement, vendor relationships and ensure audit compliance.

Required profile

• Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on Windows platforms.
• Excellent written English and effective communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
• Preferably familiar with the shipping sector.
