Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

CODIXSYSTEMS is seeking a proactive Junior Business Development Executive to support its growing business development team in Lahore. You will help generate leads, manage client communications, and explore new market opportunities within the software and digital marketing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential business opportunities and market segments.
• Support senior team members in lead generation and sales pipeline development.
• Conduct client outreach via email, phone, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate client and lead data.
• Coordinate meetings and follow‑ups with prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business plans.
• Monitor industry trends to support growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
