Junior Technical Project Manager – Onsite (Lahore)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to lead software development projects for a fast‑growing product‑based technology startup in Lahore. The role is office‑based, full‑time, and involves close collaboration with engineering, QA, product and business teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver end‑to‑end software projects from initiation to production release.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and allocate resources.
• Coordinate daily activities with development, QA, UI/UX and business stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage risks, dependencies and blockers, and keep leadership informed.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain project documentation, requirements and delivery reports.
• Align development priorities with product goals and drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of total professional experience, including at least 1 year as a Project Manager.
• Background in software development, QA engineering or software testing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field (preferred).
• Scrum Master, PMP or other Agile certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps or Trello.
