Key Account Manager Sales

About the role

The Key Account Manager Sales will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with major clients in Islamabad. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that drive mutual growth and meet their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trust‑based relationships with a portfolio of key accounts.
• Understand customer needs deeply and propose solutions that align with their objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements following company guidelines.
• Provide product training and educate customers on the full Arwen product line and marketing programs.
• Manage bid submissions and participate in sales promotion activities.
• Collaborate with accounts receivable to resolve credit issues.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales CRM and prepare regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Strong industry knowledge and a motivated, highly organized approach.
• Excellent relationship‑building and account‑management capabilities.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently while supporting team objectives.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities and contribute to cross‑functional meetings.
