Lead Instructor, Cybersecurity Specialization

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Instructor to deliver an intensive, practical cybersecurity specialization program on‑site in Karachi. The role focuses on hands‑on labs, simulations, projects and real‑world scenarios rather than traditional lecture‑based teaching.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live, on‑site cybersecurity classes and deliver practical instruction across core concepts, tools and workflows.
• Design and run hands‑on labs, demonstrations, exercises and security simulations.
• Guide individual and team‑based projects, mentor learners on technical challenges, career pathways and certifications.
• Review assignments, labs, assessments and final projects, providing structured feedback.
• Ensure curriculum stays current, practical and aligned with real‑world cybersecurity roles.
• Track learner progress, engagement and technical competency, and collaborate with academic teams to improve delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, SOC operations, penetration testing, security engineering or a related field.
• Prior teaching, corporate training, mentoring or technical workshop experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners of varying experience.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Availability for regular on‑site sessions in Karachi.
