Lead Sales Manager – Residential & Commercial Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lead Sales Manager to drive sales of residential apartments and commercial units for our high‑rise development in Gulberg III, Lahore. The role focuses on generating leads, guiding clients through the buying process, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert prospective clients into buyers for Tower 21 apartments and commercial units.
• Follow up on leads from digital marketing, property portals, referrals and other sources.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable units.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits.
• Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate with prospective buyers, facilitate bookings and close deals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and build long‑term relationships.
• Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, follow‑ups and sales progress.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to overall sales performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales support teams to ensure smooth client handling.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in real‑estate sales, preferably high‑rise residential projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of property investment and the Lahore real‑estate market.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up consistently and close sales.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a target‑oriented approach.
