Lead Software Engineer – Dynamics CRM / CE

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CE to drive the design and delivery of cloud‑based business solutions for our banking clients. The role involves leading a development team, collaborating with global stakeholders, and ensuring high‑quality implementations of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers while managing client relationships and expectations.
• Gather and analyse functional requirements and translate them into complex CRM solutions.
• Design, customise and extend Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports and dashboards.
• Implement integrations with external systems using the CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET and SQL.
• Write clean, efficient code in C# and JavaScript, adhering to coding standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimise CRM performance to ensure high availability.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
• Estimate effort, communicate risks and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CE development.
• Proven experience leading development teams and delivering projects for the financial sector (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong understanding of out‑of‑the‑box Dynamics modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and when customisation is required.
• Excellent communication skills for status reporting and stakeholder management.
