Learning & Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver specialized training programs for a global technology workforce. This remote contract position collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure educational content aligns with business objectives and drives productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update training materials for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Deliver virtual and, when needed, in‑person training sessions to employees and external partners.
• Assess training effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and post‑training evaluations.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to create accurate, engaging, and up‑to‑date content.
• Maintain comprehensive records of training participation, certification status, and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate training or education development.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
• Experience adapting content for diverse learning styles and technical levels.
