Learning & Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver specialized training programs for a global workforce. This remote contract position supports a leading technology organization in upskilling employees and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update training materials for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Deliver virtual and, when needed, in‑person training sessions to internal teams and external partners.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback surveys and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to create accurate, engaging content.
• Maintain comprehensive records of participation, certification status, and training outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in corporate training or education development.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and authoring tools.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
• Experience adapting content to diverse learning styles and technical levels.
