Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

tkxel is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to lead and scale internal learning initiatives across the organization. You will design, deliver, and track a variety of training programs, ensuring they align with business priorities and provide measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly Friday Upskill Sessions with C‑level leadership, manage cross‑team logistics, facilitate sessions and maintain LMS recordings, attendance and feedback analytics.
• Partner with Tech Stack Leads to plan and run daily Tech Camps, organize demos with subject‑matter experts and capture participation data for senior‑management review.
• Administer English Language Training (ELT) by conducting CEFR‑level testing, grouping participants, delivering daily level‑specific sessions and tracking language progression.
• Assess and deliver request‑based training, design soft‑skill modules, coordinate SME‑led technical sessions and maintain the central resource library with up‑to‑date analytics.
• Gather appraisal skill‑gap data, perform Training Needs Analysis, draft the annual training calendar and monitor execution against the plan.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR, preferably within an IT/software environment.
• Proven experience managing structured language programs and familiarity with CEFR levels.
• Hands‑on experience administering a Learning Management System, tracking data and scheduling training activities.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with C‑level executives, tech leads and cross‑functional teams.
