About the role
The university is seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Software Engineering to join its academic team. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching, developing learning materials, and supporting student progress in a dynamic higher‑education environment.
Key responsibilities
- Teach assigned software engineering courses in line with faculty workload policies.
- Develop learning materials, schemes of work, and assessment tools such as assignments and exam questions.
- Monitor and record student attendance, progress, and achievement, providing timely feedback.
- Contribute to the planning and continuous improvement of teaching programmes.
- Employ innovative teaching strategies and facilitate experiential learning.
- Collaborate with academic colleagues and maintain professional relationships with industry partners.
Required profile
- MS or M.Phil. in Software Engineering from an HEC‑recognized university or institute.
- Ability to meet annual targets set by the Head of Department and university leadership.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in teaching and learning.
