Legal Assistant – Litigation & Contract Support

About the role

Petrosin Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent Legal Assistant to support its Legal Department. Working remotely, you will help manage litigation, prepare contracts, and conduct thorough legal research, ensuring all legal processes run smoothly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and organize court files and related documentation for ongoing litigations.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts in line with company policies and legal regulations.
• Conduct legal research on Civil, Corporate, and Commercial laws to support decision‑making.
• Prepare clear legal correspondence for internal stakeholders, advocates, courts, and government departments.
• Coordinate appointment schedules, court dates, and meetings with external legal parties.
• Monitor legal deadlines and filing requirements to ensure compliance.
• Compile and prepare legal documents and reports as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant legal frameworks.

Required profile

• LL.B degree.
• Minimum three years of experience in litigation support or contract administration.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proactive, dependable, and committed to high legal standards.
