About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Specialist on a contract basis to support a global technology leader. The role focuses on reviewing and drafting legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing actionable legal guidance to cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct legal research to identify risks and propose practical recommendations.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout all legal processes.
• Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
• Organize and preserve records of legal documents and correspondence for audit purposes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess legal risks and devise solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for both legal and non‑legal stakeholders.
