Legal Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis for a global leader in software development and IT consulting. The specialist will ensure that all legal documentation aligns with applicable laws and supports the company’s operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Provide clear, actionable legal advice on regulatory and contractual matters to internal stakeholders.
• Draft and revise legal documents such as terms of service, privacy policies, and disclaimers.
• Assess potential legal implications of business decisions and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address legal concerns in product development and operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, and compliance assessment.
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
• Ability to interpret legal terminology and translate it into practical guidance.
• Familiarity with industry‑specific regulations and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
