About the role

Daataa Direct is a growing international e‑commerce company operating across Amazon, eBay and Etsy, focusing on intellectual property protection and marketplace compliance. The role assists in managing the global trademark portfolio, brand‑protection strategies and legal compliance on major e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits across Amazon, eBay and Etsy to identify potential trademark, copyright or patent infringements.
• Assist with intellectual property enforcement and marketplace compliance activities.
• Support legal research, documentation and the preparation of formal compliance notices.

Required profile

• Final‑year BSCS/IT student or graduate with active paralegal certifications, specialized coursework, or a dual‑degree focus in Intellectual Property & Tech Law.
• Self‑starter who can work effectively in a remote environment.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company data.
