LinkedIn Specialist

About the role

DevExcel IT Solutions, an AI-native software development agency, is hiring a full-time, on-site LinkedIn Specialist in Lahore. The specialist manages and grows the company's LinkedIn presence to support brand awareness, lead generation and talent outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute LinkedIn content calendars and publish targeted posts, articles and updates
• Optimize the company and leadership profiles
• Research industry topics, write engaging copy and coordinate visual assets
• Monitor page and campaign performance using LinkedIn analytics
• Build and maintain targeted networks and run outreach and engagement campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on LinkedIn lead strategies
• Support employer branding through LinkedIn Jobs and career-focused content
• Test and refine LinkedIn tactics to align with marketing objectives and measurable outcomes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• Prior experience in B2B or IT services marketing is highly beneficial; familiarity with AI, SaaS or software development is a plus
• Comfortable working with marketing, sales and leadership teams and presenting insights clearly

Required skills

• Strong LinkedIn expertise: profile optimization, Company Page management, LinkedIn analytics and Campaign Manager
• Content planning and copywriting for B2B audiences
• Social media strategy, audience targeting, lead-generation campaigns and basic performance reporting
• Use of analytics and tools such as CRMs or marketing automation platforms
