Litigation & Case Management Lawyer

About the role

Al Qada Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking a proactive Litigation & Case Management Lawyer to join its remote legal team. The successful candidate will support the firm’s litigation portfolio, evaluate claims, and ensure that all matters are prepared for hearings and court proceedings.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse litigation files, case studies, legal documents and evidence.
• Assess the validity of claims, identify strengths, weaknesses, risks and legal merits.
• Conduct legal research and draft opinions, case summaries and litigation strategies.
• Prepare legal notices, pleadings, petitions, contracts and other required documents.
• Monitor and manage ongoing litigation matters, deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Track hearing dates, court sessions and ensure cases are ready for scheduled proceedings.
• Organise and maintain case records, evidence and supporting documentation.
• Communicate professionally with legal teams, clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• LL.B. degree from a recognised institution; LL.M. or specialization in International Law is preferred.
• Strong understanding of litigation, criminal law, civil law and evidence law.
• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to independently evaluate documents and determine factual support for claims.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in litigation support, case management or legal practice is preferred.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
