About the role
We are seeking an energetic Live Streaming Assistant to support our remote live‑streaming operations. Working closely with our hosts, you will help ensure each broadcast runs smoothly, engage the audience, and contribute to higher conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with hosts on content, scripts, and scheduling before each live session.
- Prepare promotional materials and assist with equipment and technical setup.
- During the broadcast, monitor live chat, answer audience questions, and manage inappropriate comments.
- Provide hosts with supporting information, key selling points, and promotional cues in real time.
- After the broadcast, compile performance data, summarize audience feedback, and help maintain VIP groups.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with a live audience.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
