About the role

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer specialized in Computer Vision to join a leading AI research organization. This fully remote position involves designing, building, and delivering advanced ML solutions that translate business objectives into scalable models.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end development of machine‑learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define problem statements, success metrics, and technical requirements.
• Design and implement robust ML architectures that capture business logic and context.
• Evaluate, optimize, and scale models for performance, accuracy, and reliability using state‑of‑the‑art techniques.
• Stay up‑to‑date with AI/ML research and integrate relevant innovations into production systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in data science and machine‑learning development.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Data‑analysis libraries: pandas, numpy.
• Machine‑learning frameworks: scikit‑learn, PyTorch, Keras.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, time‑series forecasting, and natural language processing.
