We are redefining how high‑performing teams are built. As a Management Consultant you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a portfolio of requisitions, turning recruitment into a measurable, product‑like system. This remote position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Manage active requisitions from intake through signed offer, including negotiation and pre‑start engagement.
• Challenge hiring‑manager requests, ensuring requirements and timelines are realistic before sourcing begins.
• Draft and maintain role specifications, job descriptions, and scored assessments, creating them from scratch when needed.
• Provide proactive stakeholder updates and escalate complex pipelines to senior leadership.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude and internal platforms) to automate repetitive tasks and build reusable solutions.

Required profile

• Strong judgment and ability to define clear hiring outcomes.
• Proven track record of meeting pipeline‑closure targets (≥90% on time).
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and escalation.
