About the role
As a Sales Trainee you will be responsible for understanding the real estate landscape and selling property units, visiting clients, understanding their requirements and giving demonstrations while ensuring deals are closed.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client requirements regarding real estate investment.
- Develop knowledge of the real estate landscape.
- Profile clients to match suitable property units.
- Brief clients about relevant property units and conduct demonstrations and site visits.
- Follow up with clients to track changing requirements and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Maintain good relationships with clients to develop future pipeline.
Required profile
- Degree level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Passionate about sales with strong commitment to excellence and customer service.
- Fresh graduates up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication skills.
