Manager, Learning Quality & Assessment

About the role

The Manager, Learning Quality & Assessment will ensure Edversity’s technology programs consistently deliver strong technical learning outcomes. Working closely with curriculum teams, instructors, subject‑matter experts and student‑success groups, you will evaluate course relevance, teaching effectiveness and assessment rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Audit active and upcoming programs for technical depth, curriculum alignment and balance between theory and hands‑on labs.
• Observe live and recorded classes, evaluate instructor performance and provide structured feedback using quality scorecards.
• Review quizzes, assignments, labs and capstone projects to ensure they measure real competency and meet industry standards.
• Maintain learning quality standards, develop assessment rubrics and competency frameworks, and produce regular quality reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity or related technical field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in technology education, curriculum development, instructional design or learning quality assurance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to give constructive feedback.
