Manager Service Delivery & Planning

About the role

The Manager Service Delivery & Planning leads governance, demand management and delivery of all IT infrastructure services. You will ensure services meet SLA commitments while supporting business growth and strategic technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Infrastructure Service Catalog and define SLA, OLA, KPI frameworks.
• Oversee service delivery across compute, storage, virtualization, cloud, database, backup, DR and related services.
• Lead capacity and demand planning, forecasting compute, storage, database and network needs.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects, managing timelines, budgets, risks and cross‑functional coordination.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, lead RFPs and contract renewals.
• Act as primary liaison between Infrastructure and business units, translating requirements into solutions.
• Support budgeting, track operational and capital expenditures and optimise asset utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of cloud, virtualization, storage, backup and enterprise infrastructure.
• Proven experience in capacity planning, project delivery and vendor management.
