About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support planning, execution and optimisation of marketing and outreach activities that promote CIRCLE’s programmes and initiatives. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Lahore and works closely with program, communications and partnerships teams.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate digital and offline campaigns, manage social‑media calendars and create promotional materials.
Organise and market events, workshops and community activities, tracking performance and preparing reports.
Maintain relationships with partners, vendors and participants, and identify new opportunities to amplify impact.

Required profile

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Experience in sales, outreach, event planning and partnership development.
Commitment to gender equity, inclusion and community development in Pakistan.

Required skills

Familiarity with social‑media platforms and basic digital‑marketing tools.
Ability to create marketing copy, newsletters and other promotional content.
