Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across events, brand activations, and advertising channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and coordinate with sales and operations teams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and supervise the creation of marketing collateral and content.
• Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and insights, and optimize programs to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and media partners.
• Support new business pitches and proposals.

Required profile

• Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including campaign development and brand positioning.
• Experience in event management and brand activations, with ability to coordinate logistics and creative concepts.
• Knowledge of indoor and outdoor advertising, media planning, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance data and prepare actionable reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client‑facing abilities.
• Proven project management skills with attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
• Prior experience in advertising, events, or brand experience agencies in a managerial or supervisory role is highly beneficial.
