About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead a team of five professionals to develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the real‑estate sector, aligning efforts with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing campaigns targeting real‑estate customers.
• Manage lead generation initiatives across multiple channels and nurture prospects through email and social media.
• Customize and maintain Salesforce CRM using Apex and SOQL to support marketing operations.
• Analyze market trends, social media analytics, and marketing automation data to optimise performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources for maximum ROI.

• Proven experience leading a marketing team and delivering measurable results.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate market dynamics and digital customer outreach.
