Mathematics & Physics Teacher (Part‑time Remote)

About the role

Tutor Expertz is seeking a part‑time remote Mathematics and Physics teacher to deliver 1‑on‑1 online tutoring to students across multiple curricula. You will work with learners from diverse educational systems, helping them understand concepts, improve performance, and prepare for examinations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons in Mathematics and Physics.
• Explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language tailored to each student.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and assign practice work.
• Support exam preparation for IGCSE, GCSE, IB, American High School, and A‑Level programmes.
• Maintain accurate session records and communicate professionally with parents or guardians when required.
• Utilise online teaching platforms and digital tools to create an interactive learning environment.

Required profile

• Strong subject‑matter expertise in Mathematics and Physics.
• Ability to teach IGCSE, GCSE, IB, American High School and A‑Level curricula.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Mathematics, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in online tutoring or classroom teaching is highly beneficial.
• Reliable internet connection and comfort working across different time zones.
• Commitment to inclusivity and a student‑centered teaching approach.
