Member of Technical Staff – Enterprise AI (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑grade AI solutions. The position is fully remote and part of a global leader in software development and IT consulting, offering the chance to work on high‑impact projects that transform business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise AI models for performance, scalability and reliability in enterprise environments.
• Create end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training and validation.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI components into production APIs and services.
• Select and evaluate AI frameworks, cloud platforms and MLOps tools that meet technical and business requirements.
• Document system architecture, model specifications and deployment procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a quantitative discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience with a focus on AI/ML.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience delivering end‑to‑end AI solutions for complex enterprise challenges.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or JAX.
• Hands‑on knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools for model deployment and monitoring.
