Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

Slicky Media is seeking a results‑driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our remote team. You will be responsible for creating, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to generate high‑quality leads and maximize return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Manage budgets and settings within Meta Ads Manager.
• Generate qualified leads while maximizing ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing and refine audience targeting.
• Analyze performance data and deliver regular reports.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet client marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, lead generation, and ROAS improvement.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
