Mid‑Senior SEO Specialist (Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Mid‑Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute SEO initiatives for multiple client accounts at Elits Digital Media. Based onsite in Gujrat, Pakistan, you will work closely with senior team members to drive organic growth through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, search‑intent analysis and competitor studies to uncover SEO opportunities.
• Implement on‑page optimizations including meta titles, descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, image optimization, URL structure and schema markup.
• Perform technical SEO audits, identify crawl issues, broken links, redirects, indexing problems and Core Web Vitals, and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Prepare SEO content briefs, optimise website copy and blog posts, and collaborate with writers using AI tools responsibly.
• Manage local SEO assets such as Google Business Profile listings and citation consistency.
• Assist in backlink acquisition, outreach campaigns and analyse backlink profiles for improvement.
• Track keyword rankings, monitor Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, and deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Participate in client meetings, update project status, document activities and contribute to weekly strategy sessions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in SEO for agencies or in‑house teams.
• Strong understanding of modern SEO best practices and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail.
