NetSuite Administrator / Systems Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on NetSuite Administrator / Systems Analyst to join TOV Furniture’s growing NetSuite team. The role focuses on configuring NetSuite to solve business problems, building custom solutions when needed, and collaborating closely with developers and business users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain custom fields, forms, records, roles/permissions and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Create advanced Saved Searches, dashboards, KPIs and role‑specific reports.
• Gather business requirements and decide between native configuration and custom development.
• Write clear specifications for developers and work with them on SuiteScript, integrations and APIs.
• Conduct sandbox testing, troubleshoot issues, create test cases and support UAT and release testing.
• Manage CSV imports, mass updates and ensure data quality across the system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on NetSuite experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with both developers and business users.
