Network Engineer – LAN/MAN/WAN (Cisco)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our LAN, MAN, and WAN infrastructure. The role involves hands‑on work with Cisco devices and ensuring reliable, secure network performance for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage LAN, MAN and WAN networks.
• Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues and perform regular maintenance.
• Implement security measures including firewalls, VPNs and security policies.
• Manage IP addressing, VLANs, routing protocols and switching configurations.
• Work across OSI network layers to diagnose and resolve layer‑specific problems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date network documentation and topology diagrams.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in networking (LAN, MAN, WAN).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
