Night Shift Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Night Shift Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary after‑sales point of contact for our clients in Lahore. You will handle inquiries, provide timely updates, and ensure a smooth post‑sale experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels during night hours.
• Maintain accurate customer records, complete required CSR paperwork and prepare reports.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems and pay close attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
