Nursing Instructor

About the role

The Alliant College of Professional Studies is seeking a passionate Nursing Instructor to join its expanding faculty. This position involves delivering high‑quality nursing education and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, demonstrations, and lab sessions covering nursing theory and clinical practice.
• Supervise and mentor students during clinical rotations and hospital placements.
• Design and update course materials, assessments, and lesson plans in line with curriculum standards.
• Evaluate student performance through exams, practical assessments, and clinical evaluations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and educational standards.
• Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and hands‑on skill development.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration on curriculum planning and student progress.

Required profile

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) – required.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Valid registration/license with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).

Required skills

• Strong communication and classroom management abilities.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and hospital protocols.
