Omnichannel Marketplace Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow our presence across multiple eCommerce platforms. This fully remote, full‑time position involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize multiple marketplaces such as Walmart, eBay, Target Plus, Etsy, Best Buy, TikTok Shop, and others.
• Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain product listings, perform SEO optimization, and ensure catalog health.
• Analyze marketplace data and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing eCommerce marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central and other platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
