Online English Educator

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Online English Educator to deliver engaging, small-group English lessons to learners aged 6-14. This full-time remote position offers year-round stability and the opportunity to grow within a supportive, female-led organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate up to 20 hourly sessions per week for cohorts of 6-8 students using an inquiry-driven methodology.
• Build genuine relationships with students and maintain regular communication with parents.
• Participate in executive coaching, peer observations, and pedagogical training.
• Contribute to curriculum decisions and lead projects beyond classroom instruction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of classroom or reputable online teaching experience.
