Online English Educator

About the role

FunFox Program, an Australian organisation focused on foundational English education, is hiring a full-time, year-round Online English Educator. The role is remote and serves students in the USA, Australia and the UK. You will teach small groups of 6-8 students at fixed times each week, with a fully developed curriculum and learning resources provided.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate up to 20 hourly sessions per week of small-group English lessons for learners aged 6-14 using an inquiry-driven methodology.
• Build genuine relationships with students and keep meaningful communication with parents.
• Take part in executive coaching, peer observations and pedagogical training.
• Contribute to curriculum decisions and own projects outside the classroom.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of classroom or reputable online teaching experience.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Enthusiasm for working with young learners, self-driven, tech-literate and coachable.
• Stable internet, a quiet workspace and a professional home setup.

What we offer

• Pay of PKR 80,000-140,000 per month, paid via Wise in your local currency, with quick salary reviews for high performers.
• Team meetings on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; up to four one-hour classes per day, with time left for content preparation and homework marking.
• Performance-based bonuses, 10 sick days and 14 annual leave days after the six-month probation.
• Onboarding of 15 days to 3 months, direct visibility to leadership, and an internal promotion track based on execution.
• Team activities such as quarterly game nights, fitness challenges, Slack channels, regional meetups and fully funded retreats.
