About the role

Moment is a fast‑growing consumer wellness startup seeking a self‑driven Operations Finance Specialist. You will lead finance operations, build and refine systems, and ensure smooth financial processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Invoice verification and processing with high precision.
• Prepare, review, and deliver month‑end inventory and operational financial reports.
• Continuously build, document, and improve internal systems and workflows.
• Assist in financial forecasting, operational cost modeling, and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Highly comfortable with Google Sheets, data analysis, and formula‑driven reporting.
• Natural systems mindset: able to create repeatable, mistake‑proof processes.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy in numbers and documentation.
• Proactive communicator in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a self‑driven attitude.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
