About the role
The Operations Officer will support the daily operational activities of AL Habib Exchange in Karachi, ensuring processes are carried out accurately and in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for professionals with a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in banking, exchange or financial services operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate operational documentation.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely customer support.
- Maintain records, perform reconciliations and ensure compliance with AML/KYC and other regulatory standards.
- Handle customer inquiries related to operational matters and provide timely resolutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum three years of experience in banking, exchange, remittance or similar financial‑services operations.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to work under regulatory constraints.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
