About the role

The OTR Field Engineer will drive sales and service activities for off‑the‑road (OTR) tyres across the Pakistan market, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for OTR tyres in Pakistan.
Provide after‑sales support and propose product performance improvements.
Gather market intelligence and create market development and competition plans.
Handle customer claims and complaints with support from service and technical teams.
Train customers on product knowledge and assist business units in collecting channel information.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the OTR tyre sector.
Fluent English (business level).
Willingness to travel, including visits to mine sites.
