Outbound Manager – Logistics

About the role

The Outbound Manager – Logistics will lead the outbound function of a fast‑growing fulfillment centre. You will be responsible for planning resources, driving productivity, and ensuring quality while meeting service level agreements within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan resources and assets to support strong business growth across all shifts.
• Own daily operational performance (productivity, quality) to achieve SLA targets.
• Develop and execute continuous‑improvement plans to meet effectiveness and productivity goals.
• Foster a culture of improvement, coaching the team to adopt new mindsets and skills.
• Recruit, develop, and structure the team to align with evolving business needs, providing coaching, training, and career path guidance.
• Lead cost‑saving and efficiency projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end fulfillment operations experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and operations management.
• Demonstrated decision‑making, analytical ability, results orientation, communication, initiative, and innovation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced Excel skills.
