Outbound Phone Sales Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Phone Sales Agent to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities through high‑volume outbound calls, building relationships, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce products and services professionally and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales to meet individual targets and KPIs.
• Document interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centre, or inside sales is preferred.
• Fluent English speaking skills with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet home office.
