Outbound Sales Agent (US Campaign)

About the role

ABS International, a direct US principal since 2009, is hiring an Outbound Sales Agent for its US campaign. The agent makes outbound calls to US-based prospects and customers, working on a live US CRM with structured targets, daily coaching and full visibility of personal numbers. The position is permanent, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi, with a 7 PM to 3 AM shift.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US prospects and customers
• Start conversations, qualify interest, handle objections and close
• Work on a live US CRM with structured targets and daily coaching

Required profile

• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling or BPO is preferred
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Self-driven and commercially focused, owning your own pipeline
• Fully available Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, on-site

What we offer

• Fixed base salary of PKR 50,000 to 70,000 plus a monthly attendance allowance of PKR 3,000
• Uncapped commission as a direct percentage of revenue generated
