About the role
We are looking for a professional Outbound Telemarketer to join our team and drive new business opportunities. You will focus on contacting U.S.-based contractors and businesses, presenting our construction estimating and takeoff services, and qualifying prospects for further engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to U.S. contractors and businesses.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for construction estimating services.
- Introduce and explain our takeoff solutions to prospects.
- Build relationships, handle objections, and schedule qualified appointments.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow‑up logs.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Excellent spoken English with a confident, professional phone manner.
- Strong persuasion, objection‑handling, and target‑oriented mindset.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently to meet performance goals.
