About the role

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager – Growth to identify and secure high‑impact collaborations that drive customer acquisition and revenue. This fully remote, full‑time position works with a global technology leader to expand market reach and enhance platform value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies that accelerate growth across core product segments.
• Identify, outreach, and engage potential partners, including startups, enterprises, and industry leaders.
• Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial agreements aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Track and report partnership performance, covering KPIs, revenue impact, and partner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or sales within technology or digital platforms.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities focused on scalable agreements.
• Experience in SaaS or platform ecosystems with knowledge of B2B and B2C partnership dynamics.
• Ability to analyze market trends, partner landscapes, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across global teams.
