Partnerships Manager – Growth (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager – Growth to identify and secure high‑impact collaborations that drive customer acquisition and revenue expansion. This fully remote, full‑time position works with a global technology leader to shape partnership strategies across both B2B and B2C segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to accelerate growth across core product segments.
• Identify and engage potential partners through targeted outreach, including startups, enterprises, and industry leaders.
• Negotiate and structure mutually beneficial agreements aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner solutions and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Track and report on partnership performance, including KPIs, revenue impact, and partner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record in partnership development, business development, or sales within technology or digital platforms.
• Strong negotiation and contract management experience with a focus on scalable agreements.
• Experience in SaaS or platform ecosystems and understanding of B2B and B2C partnership dynamics.
• Ability to analyze market trends, partner landscapes, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across global teams.
