People Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a People Analytics Specialist to turn HR expense data into actionable insights. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to monitor, analyse and improve spending across medical, fuel, overtime, travel, rent and other expense categories.

Key responsibilities

• Use data‑analytics tools to collect, clean and analyse expense details from multiple HR sources.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Propose evidence‑based process changes, AI automation and digital solutions to enhance how the organisation works and spends.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that highlight changes, improvements, implemented actions and their impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR analytics or related field.
• 16 years of formal education.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ownership attitude.
