Performance Marketer (E‑Commerce Growth)

About the role

GRQ Holdings is seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to own customer acquisition and drive growth across multiple Shopify‑based e‑commerce brands. You will work at the intersection of performance advertising, data analysis, creative strategy, and conversion optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise performance campaigns on Meta Ads and, where relevant, Google, TikTok, or Snapchat.
• Develop and execute acquisition and scaling strategies for several e‑commerce brands.
• Analyse campaign and store metrics (ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, AOV, MER) to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Build structured testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft new hooks, angles, and ad formats.
• Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently while investigating under‑performing ones.
• Conduct competitor, market, product, and customer research to discover new growth avenues.
• Improve product pages, funnels, offers, bundles, upsells and overall conversion performance.
• Design retargeting, remarketing and customer recovery strategies.
• Explore new acquisition channels and ensure accurate tracking, attribution and measurement.
• Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, creative development, reporting and experimentation.
• Prepare clear performance reports with insights, learnings and next actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or e‑commerce marketing.
• Analytical mindset with a commercial focus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.
