Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid advertising for several Shopify e‑commerce brands. The role focuses on planning, launching and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Manage multiple Shopify stores and advertising accounts simultaneously while maintaining target ROAS and CPA.
• Conduct audience, competitor and keyword research to build effective campaign structures.
• Monitor daily performance, budgets, bids and spend; adjust bids and budgets to meet KPIs.
• Analyse results using GA4, Meta Ads Manager and Shopify reports; produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Implement A/B testing for creatives, copy, landing pages and audiences.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high‑performing ad creatives.
• Ensure accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and lower customer acquisition costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of running profitable paid campaigns for Shopify or other e‑commerce businesses.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and communicate results clearly.
