Product Designer

About the role

Dubizzle Labs is expanding its engineering hub in Pakistan and seeks a Product Designer who can craft exceptional web and mobile experiences while leveraging AI‑powered tools to accelerate the design process. You will help build world‑class suite products that support rapid growth across nine countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences from research through high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Use AI tools daily to speed up ideation, prototyping, and research synthesis.
• Think in design systems and reusable components rather than isolated screens.
• Create designs that deliver measurable user outcomes at a global scale.
• Iterate and optimise existing interfaces based on data, user feedback, and A/B testing results.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of product design experience for web and/or mobile applications.
• Self‑driven, comfortable taking a problem from research to final design.
• Passionate about learning, teaching, and applying AI‑enhanced design workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto‑layout, and prototyping.
• Hands‑on experience with modern design tools and AI‑assisted design software.
• Ability to run UX processes such as user interviews, journey mapping, prototyping, A/B testing, and data‑informed iteration.
• Solid understanding of accessibility basics and inclusive design principles.
